Author Guidance

Prepare your ICEPT 2026 submission with clarity and confidence

This page summarises what authors need to know before sending abstracts, full papers, or posters to the technical papers team.

Submit original and unpublished work aligned with one of the ICEPT 2026 technical tracks. Abstracts, full papers, and posters are all accepted within the official submission window.

All submissions will go through a double-blind peer review process. Authors should therefore prepare papers in a way that supports fair and technically sound assessment.

Once a paper is accepted, authors should complete revisions and submit the final paper by 31 July 2026 for proceedings preparation and conference planning.

Only original, unpublished work should be submitted for review
