T03-T05 Digital Systems

ICT, control and automation, and avionic or space engineering spanning IoT, 5G or 6G, robotics, satellites, and resilient monitoring systems.

T06-T07 Emerging Themes

Embedded and emerging technologies, plus allied sub-themes covering smart metering, quantum, wearables, policy, finance, and circular economy models.

Submissions must be original, unpublished work and will undergo double-blind peer review before acceptance and final proceedings submission.

Submissions should present original work that has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration elsewhere. All manuscripts must be the author's own work, with proper citations and acknowledgments. Plagiarism in any form will lead to immediate rejection. Authors are expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards in research and publication. The conference reserves the right to use similarity detection software to screen all submitted papers.

Double-blind peer review process

All accepted papers will pass through a rigorous double-blind review process designed to support technical quality, fairness, and professional conference standards. Authors' identities and affiliations are concealed from reviewers, and reviewers remain anonymous to authors. Each submission will be evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant technical track. Evaluation criteria include originality, technical soundness, clarity of presentation, relevance to conference themes, and contribution to the field of power and telecommunications engineering.
